Dip in Clinical Sport and Therapeutic Massage Therapy
I trained at the New Zealand College of Massage, receiving my Diploma in 2010. I am currently training towards my Bachelor of Health Science in Neuromuscular Therapy.
I have a sports background in women's hockey having represented New Zealand , including attending the World Cup in Kuala Lumpur. I have also had an extensive coaching career at inter-provincial, club and High School level, as well as representing New Zealand in hockey at Masters level. I also enjoy playing tennis, golf and recreational road cycling.
In my massage therapy career to date I have been involved with Auckland Cricket, the New Zealand Warriors, the Auckland NHL Women's Hockey team and the Under 18 Women's hockey team, as well as a range of private clients.
My treatments vary from general therapeutic massage to full body postural analysis. I utilise deep tissue massage, myofascial release, stretching, relaxation, remedial massage, sports massage, and trigger point therapy.
