Mark McDonald
Graduating from Naturecare College, Sydney in 2001 I went on to work alongside one of Australias leading Osteopaths for 9 years. With further post graduate study in Myofascial release, Cranio Sacral Therapy and Master Massage training with deep core body therapy.
I bring a strong background of healing through meditation into my work. Using both outcome and intuitive listening techniques my belief is that the body is able to heal itself and the practitioners role is one of assisting this process.

Cranio Sacral Therapy is a non-invasve gentle therapy that assists the bodies tissues, joints and spine to re-align itself. Ideal for treating back pain, stress, migraines, TMJ syndrome and chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia.
Physically we have not evolved beyond the hunter and gatherer and yet we don't live like one any longer. The technology boom has resulted in creating more sedentary and right hand dominated working conditions. Unless you are doing balanced exercise at least 3 times a week a postural strain pattern will develop. This strain pattern will often result in injury when you come to exercise.
All the soft tissue in the body other than for movement is working to keep you in balance. The body's way of letting you know you are out of balance is Pain. All those niggles we accept as part of everyday life are telling the same story. Regular bodywork massage is the best way to break this postural strain pattern and bring the body back into balance.
